Dance Plus- is an Indian Hindi Language TV Reality Drama that aired on Weekdays. It was first started on 26th July 2015. It is broadcasted on Zee TV. Dance Plus was produced under the Banner of Frames Production and Urban Brew Studios. It consists of refined Judges like Remo D’Souza and Captains Shakti Mohan, Punit Pathak, Dharmesh Yelande, etc. Raghav Juyal Hosted this show every Season.

The show's goal is to select a Dancer who has the potential to be the dancer of the future. The program involves dancers representing all styles of dance, including solo acts, duos, and bigger groups, fighting for a grand prize. Every Performer is assigned a captain who works with them to give tips, choreograph acts, and perform with them.

The dance reality TV Show Dance Plus will be having a season 7 soon. The forms for registration and auditions are already out. The premiere date for Dance Plus 7 isn't announced yet.

The show's goal is to make people understand that Dance is a genre of performance art that comprises of movement patterns. Pre-planned (choreographed) or unplanned sequences are both possible (made up as the dancer is dancing). The importance of dance is that it can appeal to the audience on both an aesthetic (how it looks) and a symbolic (how it makes you feel) level.

It can aid in the telling of a tale, the expression of sentiments and emotions, and the connection with others and oneself. Body movement has the ability to be both expressive and communicative. It can be utilized as a form of self-expression in which no words are required – the body speaks for itself! Slow movements might portray sadness or melancholy, whereas quick, explosive movements can represent strength and enthusiasm.
