Code M is a Hindi web series about an Indian Army lawyer Monica Mehra, who while looking into a case involving a military encounter uncovers a conspiracy. In the series Code M, Major Monica Mehra becomes entangled in a vigilante investigation and learns that her own background, which has plagued her since childhood, holds the answer to the riddle. 

Hrishikesh Bhargava is the director of the Indian web series Code M. The producers are Aakash Berry, Akanksha Shukla, and Samar Khan. The main Code M casts include Jennifer Winget, Tanuj Virwani, Rajat Kapoor, Keshav Sadhna, Govind Chaudhary, Charudutt Sapra, Farukh Saeed, Seema Biswas, and many others.

Code M was first aired in the year 2020 on the 15th of January. Code M is also available on OTT platforms like Voot and ZEE5. The web series is as long as 2 seasons, 8 episodes each.

Code M begins with three military personnel (Maj. Shakti Mandappa, Maj. Gaurav Shekhawat, and Maj. Ajay Paswan) are pursuing two terrorists in a flashback scenario. After being ambushed, they are engaged in a gunfight during which Maj. Paswan is martyred and the two terrorists are killed.

The mother of the murdered Indian protests outside the adjacent Indian Army post in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, demanding justice after villagers disputed the military's assertion that a terrorist encounter was a fake. The military establishment employs an Army lawyer (Monica Mehra) to conduct a separate investigation into the incident after the woman burns herself.

Being a strong and fearless person, Monica accepts the order for an investigation just weeks before her wedding at the urging of Col. Suryaveer Chauhan, the military base commander who also happens to be a family friend. Monica first considers the incident to be a closed case.
