An Indian television programme called Badii Devrani aired on &TV from March 30, 2015, to November 13, 2015. The plot was an unusual union between Reeti, an elder woman, and Vibhor, a younger guy, despite the fact that their families are sworn enemies. It stars Mudit Nayar, Megha Chakraborty, Sudhir Dalvi, Reena Kapoor, Vanya Joshi, and Palak Purswani in important roles.

Reeti is sworn to Vibhor, the youngest of the Poddar sons and five years younger than her, for commercial reasons. Reeti, who is intelligent, exhibits a progressive outlook on life. Given the uncomfortable conditions of their marriage, the show makes the spectator wonder whether Reeti will be able to strike a balance and win Vibhor's heart as well as that of the Poddar family. The majority of the story's themes centre on fundamental connections and community, with the backdrop being a traditional Marwari household.

The Poddar men, including Vibhor, meet with a terrible accident while on a business trip, leaving their wives to grieve for them.

Kadambari Mehta, a strong political figure, swears to kill the Poddar dynasty and succeeds. She deceives Reeti into marrying her mentally challenged son Moksh Mehta. Despite being mistreated by the Mehtas, Reeti develops a cordial friendship with Moksh. She unearths family secrets and implicates Siddhi, Moksh's sister, as the guilty party. When her father threatened to report her to the authorities for embezzling money from a family-run NGO, Siddhi allegedly killed him and hid his body. Moksh, who later suffers from an accident and loses his memories, observes this, though. In an effort to keep Moksh mentally challenged, Siddhi begins giving him the wrong medications.

Reeti initially suspects Kadambari of being the murderer of her husband, but she ultimately brings to light Siddhi, who is imprisoned. Kadambari accepts Reeti as her daughter-in-law after offering an apology for her earlier behaviour.

With the proper care, Moksh gradually makes a full recovery and begins working while he and his family are content.
