Madan begged for forgiveness after serving his sentence in prison, and Sharma's wife convinced her husband to hire him again. Unknown to everyone, Chopra had come back to exact vengeance. Sharma gave Chopra the power of attorney when he needed to leave on a business trip one day, and Chopra took advantage of the situation to take over as the company's owner. When Sharma returned, he discovered this but was too late. As a result of Chopra taking out a loan in Sharma's name, his family was forced to leave their luxurious property. When his mother came to ask for their house back, Ajay saw Chopra eve-teasing her; as a result, she cursed him for disaster and powerlessness later in life. Ajay, who was deeply hurt, resolved to hold Chopra accountable, and now his main goal in life is to bring Chopra to justice.
Fast-forward to the present and Anjali, a friend of Seema, meets Priya and Ajay at jewellery. She also finds a picture of Seema and Ajay taken at her birthday celebration. Anjali is killed by Ajay, who then places her corpse in a bag and throws it in a river, while Babulal tries to tell Priya about it over the phone.
When Chopra needs to take a business trip, history is repeated by giving "Vicky" the power of attorney. But soon, a guy and his dog discover Anjali's body on a seashore, and when Inspector Karan and Priya learn about this, they know that murderer is still around. Realizing that Priya and Karan are determined to locate the murderer and that he has grown to love Priya, Ajay tries to expedite his preparations. When he and Priya encounter the actual Vicky Malhotra, Ajay's colleague, whose name he had stolen, Priya becomes suspicious, throwing a wrench in his plans.
Vicky informs Priya of Ajay's true identity, and she immediately makes her way to his Panvel residence. When she discovers a marriage locket containing images of him and her sister, she is stunned. When Ajay gets home, she confronts him about his wrongdoing. Then, after telling her his own experience, he adds that his father passed away from a heart attack and his younger sister passed away from disease as a result of the misery her father drove their family into. Due to her mental instability and trauma after her husband's and daughter's death, Ajay's mother is unable to identify Ajay as her son. Priya understands that her father is to blame. Chopra arrives at his home, shoots Ajay in the arm, and has his goons beat him up.
As soon as Ajay's mother regains her sanity, Chopra hurts her when she tries to step in, which infuriates Ajay. He engages the gangsters in vicious combat and is about to execute Chopra but police inspector Karan convinces him to show pity for his mother. Chopra seizes the chance to hit him with a rod while giggling uncontrollably. Ajay responds with a laugh before killing Chopra by impaling him with the same rod.
