Akira is a Hindi action crime thriller movie about Akira, a college student who was raised with the values of independence. The Akira movie is based on the lead who in order to establish her innocence, battles four dishonest police officers on her alone. Unintentionally, Akira witnesses a crime done by the antangonist and her life changes its course entirely. 

Akira was released in the year 2016, on the 2nd of September. Akira is also available on OTT platforms like Disney + Hotstar. The movie is as long as 137 minutes. The movie is the remake of 2011 Tamil-language movie Mouna Guru.
