Agnifera Overview

Agnifera, commonly known as Agniphera is an Indian television series that debuted on &TV on March 20, 2017. Yukti Kapoor, Simaran Kaur, and Ankit Gera were the series' main characters from 2017 to 2018.

The series then included Kapoor, Kaur, Karan Goddwani, and Samridh Bawa due to a generational shift in 2018. The show came to an end on January 25, 2019.

Agnifera Plot

In Agnifera, two girls named Shrishti (Simaran Kaur) and Ragini (Yukti Kapoor) tell the tale of their love for Anurag, a charming young man (Ankit Gera). Anurag and Shrishti are supposed to get married, but Ragini forces them apart, so Shrishti marries Anurag's younger brother Vishu instead (Mohak Khurana). The story then follows this journey of two brides and one groom.

When the series' 20-year time jump was discussed and decided upon in September 2018, Kapoor and Kaur were cast to play their daughters Agni and Sakshi in place of their prior characters as Ragini and Srishti, who were killed off. The main roles of Gera, Ahmed, and Khurana also appeared to be dead, which forced them to leave the film. In October 2018, Karan Goddwani was unveiled as Kishan Thakur, the new male protagonist. Samridh Bawa began operating as Sameer Thakur in December 2018.

In the series, Yukti Kapoor is seen playing double roles Ragini Sing (Vikraal and Radha's daughter) and Agni Singh Thakur (Ragini and Anurag's daughter).
