Afsos is a Hindi black comedy and a suspense thriller mini-series about a suicidal man and a deadly assassin exploring the world of immortality.

Anubhuti Kashyap is the director of the Indian series Afsos. The producers are is Rachita Arya, Kreeti Gogia, Vipul Mathur, Nitya Menon, Ajay Nair, and many others. The main Afsos cast includes Gulshan Devaiah, Sulagna Panigrahi, Anjali Patil, Heeba Shah, Aakash Dahiya, Shyam Kishore, and Ratnabali Bhattacharjee

The series begins with Nakul (Gulshan Devaiah), a failing writer living in Mumbai, struggling to deal with his joblessness, loneliness, and personal guilt. As a result, he embarks on a suicide road and experiments with various ways to take his life. 

He once lays down in front of an approaching train, but a senile beggar saves him and dies in the process. Then Nakul dives into a lake, but onlookers save him. His psychiatrist Shloka (Anjali Patil) contends that he really doesn't want to pass away because he always manages to survive his follies thanks to his survival instinct.
