Shiv Pandit's character Arjun traveled to Mumbai to see his fiancée Maya. When he arrives at the City court to see her, he is shocked to discover that he cannot locate her anywhere. He starts looking for Maya when he unexpectedly witnesses an improbable murder. He has no choice but to use bystanders as hostages since he is desperate and frustrated to avoid being accused of the murder. When the police attempt to handle the issue, they quickly discover that Arjun is not your typical hostage-taker and that it will be nearly hard to capture him. With nothing left to lose, Arjun now sets forth his conditions.
