He appeared in their first video advertisement, which was also produced by us.

Aside from running this ad during the tax filing season, it was also run shortly before the release of the horror film Stree 2. Rajkummar Rao plays the protagonist, Vicky, who has to deal with paranormal forces, therefore making this ad resonate more with the audience. In this hilarious video ad, Rajkummar Rao plays the role of an exorcist who’s assignment is to purge the demons of tax fear which has possessed a woman. He states the benefits of Tax Buddy which help in cleansing her of this fear. Having Rajkummar Rao explain the benefits of the platform in such a a creative way definitely helped make the messaging more impactful.
