About The Brand

Geek is a cooking technology company founded by Murugun Dhandapani and Prathap A. They wanted to create products which would help reduce the amount of time people spend in the kitchen. Their products are personalised for the Indian market. Geek are a D2C brand therefore allowing direct access from the customers. The brand accounted for 40% of the electric pressure cooker category and 30% in the air fryer space.

Brand Objective

A popular tactic used by cookware brands are celebrity advertisements. Geek wanted to use this tactic but in a unique manner. For this they approached Tring, India’s largest celebrity management agency.

Requirements

Our Video Advertisement

In this video advertisement, Yukti Kapoor talks about the benefits of the Geek Aerocook device and the multitude of uses it has. This includes baking cakes, toasting bread and warming food. She also highlighted the inbuilt rotisserie, ideal for cooking whole chunks of meat and added that the device has a one year replacement warranty.
