On Wednesday, Satish Kaushik passed away in Delhi at the age of 66. The actor-pals director's from Bollywood, including Anupam Kher, Subhash Ghai, and others, expressed their condolences on his passing. News of Bollywood actor Satish Kaushik's passing: Satish Kaushik, an actor, and director, passed away on Wednesday in Delhi at the age of 66. The Hindi cinema industry was shocked to learn of his passing, and many expressed sorrow over it. Satish had a heart attack in a car while driving through Delhi. On Thursday, his body will be transported to Mumbai.

Anupam Kher, a friend and coworker of his, remarked, "I know that the ultimate reality of this planet is death!" But, I never imagined that I would write this article on my best friend #SatishKaushik while he was still alive. Such an abrupt goodbye to a 45-year friendship! Satish Kaushik began his acting career in theatre before transitioning to Hindi films. He produced several movies as well.

A student of Kirori Mal College at Delhi University, Kaushik established himself in Bollywood with roles in Mr. India, Ram Lakhan, and Deewana Mastana. He also directed Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja and Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain. Kaushik passed away in Delhi and will now be brought to Mumbai for funeral rites. According to his family, the final rites would probably be carried out in his home in Mumbai's Versova neighbourhood on Yari Road.

On April 13, 1965, Satish Kaushik was born in Haryana. He was a screenwriter, director, producer, comedian, and actor. Satish Kaushik worked in theatre before breaking into Bollywood.

Satish Kaushik made his cinematic debut in the Shekhar Kapoor-directed Indian drama Masoom. He then starred in several highly regarded movies, including Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (1983), Utsav (1984), and Saagar (1985), before becoming well-known for his performance as Calendar in Mr. India (1987). Other movies in which Satish Kaushik has appeared include Sajan Chale Sasural (1996), Deewana Mastana (1997), Brick Lane (2007), and Kaagaz (2021). The Filmfare Best Comedian Award was also given to Satish Kaushik in 1990 for Ram Lakhan and in 1997 for Saajan Chale Sasural. In the year 2023, he most recently made an appearance in the movie Chhatriwali.

In addition to acting, Satish Kaushik has produced and directed a number of movies. He worked with legendary director Shekhar Kapur as an assistant on Masoom (1983), then with Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, he made his directorial debut (1993). Satish Kaushik took a six-year vacation from directing following the failure of his feature film debut, and when he returned it was with the smash blockbuster Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain. After that, he directed Tere Naam (2002), Badhaai Ho Badhaai (2001), and Muje Kucch Kehna Hai (2001). (2003).

With Aatank Hi Aatank (1995), Satish Kaushik made his debut as a producer. He has since produced Mr. Bechara (1996), Kyon Ki (2005), Dhol (2007), Bumm Bumm Bole (2010), and Gang of Ghosts (2014).
