‘Natu Natu’ Song From RRR Won The Title Of The Best Song At The Golden Globe Awards

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association began bestowing the Golden Globe Awards in January 1944, recognizing excellence in both American and international film and television. The HFPA has 105 members according to in 2022 analysis.

Even though the Golden Globes' significance has been waning in recent years, the annual event at which the awards are presented is typically held every January and has been a significant component of the film industry's awards season, which ends with the Academy Awards each year.

This year which held the 80th Golden Globe Awards saw various outstanding wins, however, it was a very proud and privileged moment for all Indians across the globe. Natu Natu, the smash hit song from the Indian film RRR, has won the prestigious Golden Globe for Best Original Song. Jr. NTR and Ram Charan's dance number "Naatu Naatu" was up against Rihanna's "Lift Me Up" from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Taylor Swift's "Carolina" from Where the Crawdads Sing. RRR has marked history with its achievements. It is a proud moment for India to watch something so significant happen to an Indian regional language film. RRR is a trendsetter not only in India but all across the world as it is breaking numerous records.
