Bigg Boss 16 Shukravaar Ka Vaar started with Sajid Khan telling Tina Datta and MC Stan that it will be good for them in a way if they leave the house. Sreejita De mentioned how Soundarya has turned into a selfish maniac and is spreading false accusations that Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta are filled with negative energy. Soundarya claims that they’re (Shalin and Tina) confused as a couple and their relationship depends on their mood and whether the two want to maintain their relationship as a couple or as friends. Salman Khan always has a chat with the Bigg Boss contestants, he made the contestants stand behind the couch and slams Tina for taking her friends' names Zuzu, Ram and Dolly in the show continuously when they are not even a part of the Bigg Boss house. He questions why she’s taking their names in the way of threat and complaint rather than taking it in a reminiscing way. She cries, and he asks what’s bothering her. Salman Khan called Tina Datta to the confession room. 

Salman asks MC Stan to leave the show 

Salman Khan too took MC Stan's class fiercely. He questioned Stan why he was even known to be at home. Stan said he wanted to go because of the family and the music. Salman said in gist, "I get it. New Year's and Christmas are the occasions, and there are many concerts, and you only want to go to those." Salman again gets right to the point when he says you should go if you choose.

Salman invites Stan to leave if he desires, as they will not stop him. Stan claims that he has strange thoughts and that staying home is depressing. The inmates persuade him to stay, and he receives a parcel sent by his girlfriend, which convinces him to stay. Salman Khan made MC Stan understand that he should not leave this show. Salman Khan explained to MC Stan. Also, MC Stan got a big surprise. Salman Khan sent Buba's T-shirt, photographs and many gifts. He got happy after getting them. Stan also thanked Salman Khan.

Tina’s argument with Salman Khan

She expresses her loneliness at being unable to communicate with anyone other than Shalin. He asks her to take a stand and informs her that she must play along because this is Bigg Boss. She claims that nothing romantic is developing between her and Shalin. He points out that it isn't portrayed that way, and she promises to change. She apologises for using the names of her friends. Then, Salman criticises Sajid's'mandli for following in his footsteps, especially since he isn't interested in winning the trophy.

Vikas Manaktala makes a wild card entry in Bigg Boss 16

As a wildcard entry, Salman welcomes Vikas Manaktala to the stage. He claims he does not want to be a part of a group because he is one himself. The cast of the Tv show Durga and Charu comes to promote their show. As soon as, Vikas entered the house he started playing his game and played a Task where Salman Khan appreciates him for his performance.
